发动机的凸轮轴,俗称桃子轴,凸轮的尖部又称为“桃尖”。早在六十年代,我们在对一辆苏制嘎斯69型吉普车发动机做“三保”后,各项指标合格,但存在一种类似气门脚响的杂音。车属单位以此为理由不同意接车。当时,由于我们对凸轮轴“桃尖”异响了解不多,在分析原因时走了一段弯路。经过推迟点火、复检气门间隙、适当调小凸轮轴轴向间隙、换新气门挺杆和气门导管、重新对研气门,后来连胶木正时齿轮都换了,均未解决问题。
