以脱脂牛奶为物料,进行了瓶装物料的冷冻干燥试验,探索了加热温度、辐射温度与冻干室压强对冻干过程的影响规律,分析了所得冻干曲线的特征,并对冻干机理和物料温度的监测进行阐述,得到在加热温度与辐射温度相同时恒温恒压操作的最佳参数(323K、30Pa),并提出了一些强化冻干过程的措施。本研究对实际冻干生产有一定的指导作用,也为瓶装物料的二维理论模型研究提供了基础。
The experiment of freeze-drying of bottled material was carried out with skim milk. The influence of heating temperature, radiation temperature and pressure of freeze-drying chamber on the freeze-drying process was explored. The characteristics of freeze-dried curve were analyzed. Material temperature monitoring were described, the best parameter (323K, 30Pa) for constant temperature and constant pressure operation was obtained when the heating temperature and the radiation temperature were the same, and some measures to strengthen the freeze-drying process were put forward. This study has some guidance for the actual production of freeze-dried, but also provides a basis for the study of the two-dimensional theoretical model of bottled materials.
