序言目前中国的粗銅生产,主要是建筑在采用鼓风爐进行火法冶炼的基础上的。通常采用的原料是含銅2.5~14.5%和含硫为14~30%的細磨浮选精矿。銅精矿在鼓风爐冶煉之前,在带式燒結机上燒結。有一个工厂还准备在不久的將来,利用燒結机的抽出瓦斯生产硫酸。分析鼓风爐冶煉成冰銅前,銅矿石爐料的准备流程表明,这一流稈有下列主要弱点: (1)生精矿的湿度高,使得精矿在夏日失去松散性,在冬日发生凍結; (2)燒結料的透气性低,燒结机的单位生产率小; (3)燒結块由于机械強度小,殘硫量低和块度不均勻,質量不好。
Preface At present, the production of blister copper in China is mainly based on the pyrotechnics construction using a blast furnace. The commonly used raw materials are finely ground flotation concentrates containing 2.5 to 14.5% copper and 14 to 30% sulfur. The copper concentrate is sinter on the belt sinter prior to blast furnace smelting. There is also a factory that is prepared to produce sulfuric acid by pumping out the sintering machine in the near future. Analysis of the blast furnace smelting into a matte copper, copper ore charge preparation process shows that this stalk has the following main weaknesses: (1) raw concentrate high humidity, making the concentrate loose in the summer, frozen in the winter ; (2) low permeability of sinter, sintering unit productivity; (3) sintered due to mechanical strength, low residual sulfur and unevenness, poor quality.
