信息化项目建设是信息管理的重要组成部分,是保障提升公司信息化管理水平的重要手段。为贯彻落实国网公司深化“五位一体”工作部署,切实做好信息化项目建设管理工作,确保公司信息化助力企业发展,依据国网相关信息化建设管理办法,借鉴先进网省管理经验,强化信息化项目全过程管控,制定《国网辽宁省电力有限公司信息化项目建设实施管控指导手册》(承建厂商分册和建设单位分册)、《国网辽宁省电力有限公司信息化项目建设实施日常管理办法》和《国网辽宁电力信息化建设厂商月度考核评价办法》等相关制度,进一步明确信息化建设各方职责、流程,将流程中的重要环节逐一落实到岗位上,实现岗位职责的清晰界定,制度标准的有效落地,提升信息化项目规范化、标准化管理水平,充分体现出“五位一体”深化管理对信息化建设管理的重要指导意义。
