21世纪,全球灾害形势严峻。房屋的抗灾性能直接影响着社会的抗灾能力。GB 50011—2001《建筑抗震设计规范》和JGJ 3—2002《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》中计算设计与概念设计的结合保证了抗震区结构的基本抗灾能力,而GB 50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》和GB 50003—2001《砌体结构设计规范》由于未作计算加强考虑,概念设计应用亦不全面,导致非抗震区的多层房屋整体性能明显不足,抗灾能力低。从经济性考虑,建议把概念设计更多的应用到这两本规范中,以改善非抗震区多层房屋的抗灾能力。
In the 21st century, the global disaster situation is grim. Housing disaster resistance directly affects the social resilience. GB 50011-2001 “Code for seismic design of buildings” and JGJ 3-2002 “Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of High-rise Building” combined with the design of the concept to ensure the basic anti-seismic capacity of the earthquake zone structure, and GB 50010-2002 “Concrete Structure Design Norms and GB 50003-2001 ”masonry structure design specifications" as not considered to strengthen consideration, the conceptual design and application is not comprehensive, resulting in multi-storey buildings in non-earthquake area overall performance significantly less resistance to disaster. From economic considerations, it is recommended to apply more conceptual design to these two specifications to improve the resilience of multi-storey houses in non-earthquake areas.
