准确预测管道,特别是长期不清管的管道沿线的蜡沉积分布是原油管道蜡沉积研究的一个重要方向。任京管道采用正反输送工艺,蜡沉积规律与其它输油管道不同。设计、安装了冷指实验装置,动态模拟了原油的蜡沉积,研究了原油冷指温差、原油温度区间、搅拌转速对沉积物析蜡点和含蜡量的影响。研究结果表明:原油冷指温差与温度区间是影响蜡沉积的主要因素,沉积物的析蜡点和含蜡量均随着冷指处蜡分子质量分数梯度的升高而降低。现场实验表明:出站油温的提高能够有效地融化管道的蜡层,而输量的提高对蜡层的冲刷影响很小。
Accurately predict the distribution of wax deposits along the pipelines, especially long-term uncontrolled pipelines is an important direction for the study of wax deposition in crude oil pipelines. Ren-Beijing pipeline using positive and negative transport process, wax deposition law and other oil pipelines are different. The cold finger experimental device was designed and installed to dynamically simulate the wax deposition of crude oil. The effects of crude oil cold finger temperature difference, crude oil temperature range and stirring speed on wax deposition and wax content were studied. The results show that temperature and temperature range of crude oil cold finger are the main factors that affect wax deposition. The wax fraction and wax content of sediment decrease with the increase of wax molecular weight fraction in cold finger. Field experiments show that the increase of the oil temperature at the outstation can effectively melt the wax layer of the pipeline, and the increase of the output has little effect on the erosion of the wax layer.
