通过快纸速同步记录的心电图、心音图和颈动脉搏动图,测定了100只家兔的收缩时间间期(STI)。作出了家兔STI值一览表。电机械收编时间(QS_2).左室射血时间(LVET),射血前期(PEP)和PEP/LVET比率分别为:(雄)157±14m;(雌)158±12ms;(雄)116±12ms,(雌)116±10ms;(雄)41±5ms,(雌)41±4ms;(雄)0.350±0.043,(雌)0.335±0.029。主要的牧缩时间间期QS_2、LVET和PEP随心率(HR)分别按下述回归方程而变化:(雄)QS_2=225—0.281(HR),(雌)QS_2=228—0.278(HR);(雄)LVET=172—0.231(HR),(雌)LVET=173—0.226(HR);(雄)PEP=53—0.051(HR),(雌)PEP=55—0.052(HR)。PEP/LVET与心率相关不密切。
The contractile time interval (STI) of 100 rabbits was measured by electrocardiogram, phonocardiogram and carotid pulsation recorded simultaneously by fast paper speed. A STI value list for rabbits was made. (QS_2) .The LVET, PEP and PEP / LVET ratios were (male) 157 ± 14m; female 158 ± 12ms; male 116 ± (Male) 116 ± 10 ms; (male) 41 ± 5 ms, (female) 41 ± 4 ms; (male) 0.350 ± 0.043, (female) 0.335 ± 0.029. The QS_2, LVET and PEP of the main periods of shepherding time varied according to the following regression equation: (male) QS_2 = 225-0.281 (HR), (female) QS_2 = 228-0.278 (HR); (Male) LVET = 172-0.231 (HR), (female) LVET = 173-0.226 (HR); (male) PEP = 53-0.051 (HR), (PEP) = 55-0.052 (HR). PEP / LVET and heart rate are not closely related.
