本文在通过推广应用热处理炉炉壁节能技术改造的实践中,总结和发展了某些带有普遍性的问题,即各种新型节能炉壁的分析比较,普通硅酸铝耐火纤维与新型高强度轻质耐火砖在热处理炉炉衬中的合理使用。分析计算了各种新型混合结构节能炉壁的技术经济效果。分析指出新型组合性混合结构炉壁完全可以代替原来标准设计的炉壁和“全纤维”型炉壁。经济效益显著:升温节电达47%;空炉保温节电19%;周期运行节电45.5%连续运行节电25%。
In this paper, through the promotion and application of heat treatment furnace wall energy saving technology reform practice, summed up and developed some common problems, namely the analysis and comparison of various new energy-saving furnace wall, ordinary aluminum silicate refractory fiber and new high strength The Use of Lightweight Firebrick in Heat Treatment Furnace Lining. The technical and economic effects of various new hybrid energy-saving furnace walls were analyzed and calculated. The analysis shows that the new composite hybrid structure furnace wall can completely replace the original standard design furnace wall and “all fiber” type furnace wall. Significant economic benefits: heating and saving up to 47%; empty furnace insulation power saving 19%; 45.5% energy saving cycle operation of 25% power saving.
