伴随着社会不断进步,中职院校在人才培养方面也发生了显著变化,通过校企合作,培养人才素质。促使中职生在完善的训练环境下能够得到整体素质的提升,更好地适应社会发展对人才素质提出的全新要求。院校应该加强与企业之间的合作,共同完成中职生的人才培养。促使中职生在获得理论知识的基础上,获得相应的实践技能。因此,院校和企业之间应该加强有效的联系,相互配合着完成对人才的综合培养。本文针对校企合作进行有效分析,从而探索出该模式在人才培养中的有效举措。
With the continuous improvement of society, secondary vocational schools have undergone significant changes in personnel training. Through the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the quality of qualified personnel has been cultivated. To promote secondary vocational students in a perfect training environment to be able to get the overall quality improvement and better adapt to social development on the quality of qualified personnel put forward the new requirements. Colleges and universities should strengthen cooperation with enterprises to jointly accomplish the training of secondary vocational students. Promote secondary vocational students to gain theoretical knowledge, based on the appropriate practical skills. Therefore, institutions and enterprises should strengthen their effective contacts and cooperate with each other to complete the comprehensive training of qualified personnel. In this paper, an effective analysis of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, to explore the mode of effective measures in personnel training.
