北京产XW1201-A型洗胃机在使用时有以下几个缺点:①缺少定时定量装置,洗胃时容易造成冲吸过量,对病人甚为不利;②手动转换开关紧时拧不动,松时则易漏气漏水;③常易出现误操作,将水吸入气泵内,造成气泵工作不正常,有时甚至烧损电机,④重新加水时等待时间长,不利于抢救病人。而营口产JH-ZXW800型洗胃机虽有自动控制进出水装置,但电磁振动泵易磨损,影响使用寿命,且电磁泵的正负压力都不够大。笔者将这两种机器取长补短,改制成一台新机器,使用方便,又不易损坏。改造方
