作为培养应用型金融人才为区域经济服务的地方金融院校,浙江金融职业学院以行业为依托、以校友为纽带、以订单为载体、以岗位为出发点,提高金融人才培养质量,满足金融行业人才社会需求,使从业人员通过进修培训,不断提高业务水平,取得了良好的人才培训效果。本文以浙江金融职业学院金融人才教育培训为例,对其在专业人才培训方面如:培训模式构建、培训课程设置、师资队伍、教学模式创新以及注重职业道德培训等多方面进行了探索与总结。
As a financial institution that cultivates applied financial professionals to serve regional economy, Zhejiang Financial Vocational College relies on the industry, takes alumni as a link, orders as a carrier and posts as a starting point to improve the quality of financial personnel training to meet the needs of professionals in the financial industry Social needs, so that employees through further training, and continuously improve their professional level, and achieved good results in training. This paper takes financial professionals education and training of Zhejiang Financial Vocational College as an example, and probes into its aspects of professional training, such as training mode construction, training curriculum setup, teaching staff innovation, teaching mode innovation and professional ethics training.
