目的:分析ACE 基因第16 内含子I/D 在内蒙古地区蒙古族人群中分布的多态性。方法:DNA 提取自96 名健康蒙古族,应用ACE 基因内含子16 多态部位侧翼的前体进行PCR 反应。等位基因在琼脂胶上电泳,紫外灯下观察。结果:蒙古族DD、DI和II基因型的频率是0-51、0-26 和0-23 。等位基因D 和I频率是0-64 和0-36 。结论:内蒙古地区蒙古族DD、DI和II基因型频率和汉族人群之间有显著性差异。蒙古族人群中ACE 等位基因和基因型的分布;D 等位基因比I等位基因频率高,DD 基因型是最普遍的。
Objective: To analyze the polymorphism of ACE gene 16th intron I / D in Mongolian population in Inner Mongolia. METHODS: DNA was extracted from 96 healthy Mongolian subjects and PCR reactions were performed using precursors flanking 16 polymorphic parts of the ACE gene intron. The alleles were electrophoresed on agar and observed under UV light. Results: The frequencies of Mongolian DD, DI and II genotypes were 0-51, 0-26 and 0-23. The frequencies of alleles D and I are 0-64 and 0-36. Conclusion: The frequencies of DD, DI and II genotypes of Mongolian in Inner Mongolia are significantly different from those in Han population. Mongolian population ACE allele and genotype distribution; D allele frequency than the I allele, DD genotype is the most common.
