目的探究临床内科2型糖尿病合并脑血管病的临床观察及护理。方法将收治于我院内科86例2型糖尿病患者视为研究主体对象,纳入时间为2016年5月至2017年5月,以随机数字表法为参照划分为对照组及观察组,各组43例;对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度及不良生活习惯改变情况。结果从护理满意度指标来看,观察组与对照组分别为95.35%及69.77%二者相比差异明显,两组数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从嗜甜食、嗜荤腥、吸烟及低血糖等指标来看,对照组与观察组护理
