通过X光CT技术对8组不同颗粒尺寸的堆浸散体介质进行了扫描,获得了各自的二维CT图像。利用图像处理方法统计了各散体介质孔隙尺寸分布概率,并进行了拟合分析。结果表明,散体孔隙尺寸呈正态分布,随着样本颗粒粒径的增大,散体平均孔隙尺寸也逐渐增大;散体的平均孔隙直径与渗透系数呈正线性关系,在其它条件保持不变的情况下,随着平均孔隙尺寸的增加,渗透系数逐渐增加。结合CT技术和图像处理方法,能够很好地实现散体介质孔隙尺寸的量化分析。
Eight sets of heap bulk media with different particle sizes were scanned by X-ray CT, and their two-dimensional CT images were obtained. The probability of pore size distribution was calculated by image processing method and the fitting analysis was carried out. The results show that the pore size of the dispersion is normally distributed, and the average pore size of the dispersion increases with the increase of the particle size. The average pore diameter of the dispersion has a positive linear relationship with the permeability coefficient and remains unchanged under other conditions In the case of variable, the permeability coefficient gradually increases with the increase of the average pore size. Combined with CT technology and image processing methods, the pore size of bulk media can be quantitatively analyzed.
