本文根据多年来管线破坏事故统计和现有的检测数据,统计分析造成管线破坏的因子。利用SAS软件,采用PRINCOMP过程对管线破坏数据进行主成分分析,将彼此相关的一组管线破坏因子指标变量转化为彼此独立的一组新的指标变量,最后,建立管线破坏概率与生存环境的数学模型,对破坏因子进行主成分分析。根据分析结果,揭示管线破坏现象的内在规律,为管线管理部门提供决策依据。
Based on the statistics of pipeline damage accidents over the years and the existing test data, this paper statistically analyzes the factors that cause pipeline damage. Using SAS software, PRINCOMP process is used to analyze the principal data of pipeline damage data, and a set of pipeline destruction factor index variables related to each other is converted into a set of new indicator variables independent of each other. Finally, the mathematical model of pipeline damage probability and living environment is established. The model performs principal component analysis of the destruction factor. According to the results of the analysis, the inherent law of the pipeline damage phenomenon is revealed, which provides the decision-making basis for the pipeline management department.
