野八角( Illicium Simonsii Maxim) 系八角科( Illiciu m) 同属植物。主要分布于贵州西北部地区,分布广,藏量大。当地群众用果作腌卤,烹调食品的调料。为鉴定这种野生植物的安全性和合理开发的前景,我们用野八角果实的全粉对大、小白鼠进行了第一阶段的急性毒性试验和蓄积毒性试验,其 L D50 > 5500 mg/kgbw 属实际无毒范围和 K> 53 为弱蓄积。在致突变试验中,我们将野入角水提液和提出的挥发油部分进行了 Ames test,其中挥发油部分采用了改良的予培养法。同时,用野八角全粉进行了小鼠 P C E 微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。表明在该试验中既兼顾了体细胞和生殖细胞,体外原核和体内真核试验,结果均为阴性。故认为野八角在目前所测试的条件下,无致突变作用。为进一步试验和安全性评价提供了科学的依据。
Illicium Simonsii Maxim belongs to the genus Illiciu m. Mainly distributed in the northwestern Guizhou region, widely distributed, large reserves. In the mutagenicity test, we used the Ames test to extract the aqueous extract of the wild rice and the proposed volatile oil, in which some of the volatile oil was modified by the pre-culture method. At the same time, the micronucleus test of PEC and mouse sperm abnormality test were carried out with the wild star aniseed. It was shown that both the somatic cells and germ cells were taken into consideration in this experiment, and the prokaryotic and in vivo eukaryotic tests in vitro were negative. Therefore, the wild star anise in the current test conditions, no mutagenic effect. It provides a scientific basis for further testing and safety evaluation.
