目的 :研究L -arg对应激性大鼠不同组织中AII浓度的影响及与BP变化的关系。方法 :给SD大鼠的饮水中添加L -arg ,并给予间断性足底电刺激 15d ,观察其尾动脉BP的变化情况 ,及 15d后大鼠血浆、心耳、心室、血管和肾上腺组织中AII浓度变化。结果 :单纯应激组在第 15天测得BP与对照对组相比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;血中AII的浓度明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。L -arg +应激组第 15天测得BP低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BP未升高 ,且有下降的趋势 ,血浆中AII的浓度明显低于应激组 ,也低于对照组。结果提示应激刺激可使血浆、心耳、心室、血管和肾上组织中AII浓度升高 ,而L -arg可以对抗应激刺激 ,使AII浓度不升高。结论 :应激刺激使血压升高与各种组织中AII增多密切相关 ,L -arg可能通过抑制AII的产生从而阻抑了应激性大鼠BP升高的作用
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of L-arginine on the concentration of AII in different tissues of stress-induced rats and its relationship with BP. Methods: L-arginine was added into the drinking water of SD rats, and intermittent electrical stimulation of the plantar was applied for 15 days to observe the changes of BP in the tail artery and the changes of AII in the plasma, atrial appendage, ventricular, vascular and adrenal tissues of SD rats Concentration changes. Results: Compared with the control group, the level of AII in blood was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0. 05). In the L-arg + stress group, BP was lower than that of the control group on the 15th day (P <0.05), BP was not increased, and there was a downward trend. The plasma AII concentration was significantly lower than that of the stress group Lower than the control group. The results suggest that stress stimulated plasma, atrial appendage, ventricular, vascular and renal tissue increased AII concentration, and L -arg can be stimulated against stress, so that AII concentration does not increase. CONCLUSIONS: The stress-induced elevation of blood pressure is closely related to the increase of AII in various tissues. L-arg can inhibit the increase of BP in stress-induced rats by inhibiting the production of AII
