目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定氢醌软膏含量。方法:以甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长:291nm,色谱柱为DELTAPAKC18(3.9mm×30cm,10μm)。上述色谱条件下,辅料中其它成分峰对氢醌测定无干扰,分离度R>2。结果:处方回收率为99.9%,相对标准差为0.9%。结论:氢醌与尼泊金丙酯和羟甲氧苯酮有较佳分离度,测定结果令人满意
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hydroquinone ointment by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol - water (80:20). The detection wavelength was 291 nm. The column was DELTAPAKC18 (3.9 mm × 30 cm, 10 μm). Under the above chromatographic conditions, the other components in the excipients did not interfere with the determination of hydroquinone, and the resolution R> 2. Results: The prescription recovery rate was 99.9% with a relative standard deviation of 0.9%. Conclusion: Hydroquinone and propylparaben and oxybenzone have better resolution and the results are satisfactory
