在机器制造业中,许多零件的表层需要进行化学热处理。通常有渗碳、氮化、氰化等方法。目前测定渗层深度的方法大体上可归纳为四种,即化学法、金相法、硬度法、断口法。 在科研和生产检验中,一般采用金相法来测定渗层深度,然而,有时遇到渗层组织显现不清楚,很难和基体组织区别,从而给用金相法测定渗层深度带来不便,而显微硬度法测定渗层深度则准确可靠,并可弥补上述金相法不足之处。
In the machine building industry, many parts of the surface require chemical heat treatment. Usually carburizing, nitriding, cyanidation and other methods. At present, the method of measuring the depth of the permeation layer can be generally classified into four types: chemical method, metallographic method, hardness method and fracture method. In scientific research and production testing, the metallographic method is generally used to determine the depth of the infiltrated layer. However, sometimes it is difficult to distinguish the infiltrated layer from the matrix structure and inconveniences the metallurgical method to determine the depth of the infiltrated layer. Microscopically, Hardness method to determine the depth of the layer is accurate and reliable, and can make up for the inadequacies of the metallographic method.
