企业经营逐步走上国际大舞台,是我国社会主义商品经济发展的需要,也是生产社会化发展到国际化的必然趋势。进入九十年代,首钢提出了国际化经营目标:到1995年,把首钢办成国际第一流跨国公司,进入世界500家大企业行列。实行世界性规模的战略,就要面对激烈角逐的国际市场,而当今的国际企业竞争,本质上是人才竞争。所以,在庞大的成熟市场中占领一席之地,必先拥有优秀人才。首钢在制定的“跨国经营十项方略”中,把人才战略摆到了头等重要的位置,并制定实施了十大人才开发战略。
The gradual progress of business operations in the international arena is the need for the development of China’s socialist commodity economy, and it is also an inevitable trend for the development of production socialization to internationalization. In the 1990s, Shougang proposed an international business goal: By 1995, Shougang had become the world’s top multinational company and entered the ranks of the world’s top 500 companies. To implement a global scale strategy, we must face the fierce competition in the international market, and today’s international corporate competition is essentially a competition for talent. Therefore, occupying a place in a large mature market must have excellent talents. In the formulation of the “Ten Strategies for Transnational Operations”, Shougang placed the talent strategy at the top of the list, and formulated and implemented the top ten talent development strategy.
