:于 1997年 4月至 1998年 9月对山东高青赵店乡渔场 34口盐碱池塘浮游植物季节演替及其与生态因子的关系进行了研究 ,共采集 387个浮游植物定量水样。结果表明 ,浮游植物的季节变动并不遵循同一模式 ,种类组成上硅藻生物量的优势地位在各类型池塘中均很突出 ,裸藻和蓝藻主要在夏季高温季节大发生 ,金藻在春季和秋冬季数量较大 ;生物量上季节变动的特点是一般都有盛夏和初秋的生物量主高峰和鱼类放养早期的春季生物量次高峰 ,浮游植物多为小于 10 μm的种类 ,且小三毛金藻致鱼死亡现象时有发生。浮游植物数量和生物量存在着明显的周日和垂直变化
: From April 1997 to September 1998, the seasonal succession of phytoplankton and its relationship with ecological factors in 34 saline-alkali ponds in Zhaodian County, Shandong Province were studied. A total of 387 phytoplankton samples were collected for quantitative water samples. The results showed that the seasonal variation of phytoplankton did not follow the same pattern. The dominance of diatom biomass on species composition was prominent in all types of ponds. Euglena and cyanobacteria occurred mainly in summer and hot season. The seasonal variation of biomass is characterized by the main peak of biomass in midsummer and early autumn and the sub-peak of spring biomass in the early period of fish stocking.
