近期,我站及周边服务站陆续接到多起要求解决解放J6P-6×4牵引及工程车行驶跑偏(大多向右跑偏)故障的客户,出现此类故障的车有的是尚未上牌的全新车,有的是刚上好牌仅行驶了一趟的,还有的是行驶了3万km~5万km的车辆。出现此类故障后,更换转向机、前轴及转向节、前轮胎及钢圈、前钢板总成或加减前钢板片数,以及在前钢板弹簧与前轴之间垫上楔形块等,都没能很好地解决此类故障。
