我院1981年6月份收治急性呋喃丹农药中毒10例,现报告如下。一般资料本组9例为口服中毒,1例为污染皮肤中毒。口服量约为20～50克。性別:男5例,女5例。年龄:1～5岁4例,15～25岁3例,26～36岁3例。在2小时以内就诊者4例,3～5小时就诊者6例。临床表现 10例中昏迷5例,呕吐、流涎、肢体湿冷、烦躁不安各3例,口唇发绀4例,抽搐、腹疼、腹泻、面部及全身肌肉震颤各1例,面色苍白4例,肺部干湿音2例,均有瞳孔缩小。血压较
Our hospital in June 1981 admitted to acute carbofuran pesticide poisoning in 10 cases, are as follows. General Information The group of 9 cases of oral poisoning, 1 case of contaminated skin poisoning. Oral volume of about 20 to 50 grams. Gender: 5 males and 5 females. Age: 1 to 5 years in 4 cases, 15 to 25 years in 3 cases, 26 to 36 years in 3 cases. Visits in 2 hours within 4 cases, 3 to 5 hours of treatment in 6 cases. Clinical manifestations of 10 cases of coma in 5 cases, vomiting, salivation, limbs cold and irritability in 3 cases, cyanosis of the lips in 4 cases, convulsions, abdominal pain, diarrhea, facial and systemic muscle tremor in 1 case, pale pale in 4 cases 2 cases of wet and dry sound, all have miosis.
