泵送砼工艺效率高、浇灌速度快、机械化程度高,在国内大体积砼工程中已得到了广泛应用。但是,大体积砼工程裂缝时有发生,给工程质量带来了严重影响。泵送大体积砼工程的裂缝成因较多,由温度变形引起的温度裂缝占有很大的比例。因此,泵送大体积砼温度裂缝的防止技术,是施工人员普遍关心和重视的一个问题。宝钢在泵送大体积砼工程施工中,采取了有效防裂措施。一期工程的所有大体积砼工程,如一号高炉与热风炉基础、焦炉基础等均未产生裂缝。本文主要介绍我们在施工一号高炉和热风炉基础时砼温度裂缝防止技术的应用情况,以供施工人员参考。
The pumping crucible has high process efficiency, fast watering speed and high degree of mechanization. It has been widely used in domestic large-scale crucible projects. However, large-scale concrete engineering cracks occur from time to time, which has a serious impact on project quality. There are many causes of cracks in pumping large-scale concrete projects, and temperature cracks caused by temperature deformation account for a large proportion. Therefore, the prevention technology of pumping large-scale temperature cracks is a problem that construction workers generally care about and attach importance to. Baosteel has adopted effective anti-cracking measures in the construction of large-volume pumps for pumping. All large-scale concrete projects in the first phase of the project, such as the No. 1 blast furnace and hot blast furnace foundation, coke oven foundation, etc., did not produce cracks. This article mainly introduces the application of temperature crack prevention technology in the construction of the foundation of No. 1 blast furnace and hot blast stove for the reference of construction personnel.
