目的对输卵管妊娠患者的宫颈分泌物、输卵管组织行生殖道解脲支原体(UU)DNA检测,以探讨UU感染与输卵管妊娠的关系。方法采集所有病例行妇科检查时用灭菌棉拭子取宫颈管分泌物置于无菌试管中手术中取少许输卵管组织置于无菌试管中,标本送实验室用PCR检测。结果检测40例输卵管妊娠者宫颈分泌物UUDNA,结果45.0%为阳性,明显高于非输卵管妊娠即对照组(32.0%,P<0.05);同时对输卵管妊娠者的输卵管组织进行UUDNA检测,结果32.5%为阳性,也明显高于对照组(20.0%,P<0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠与生殖道UU感染密切相关,生殖道UU感染是输卵管妊娠的重要原因之一。
Objective To detect genitourinary UU DNA in cervical secretions and fallopian tubes in patients with tubal pregnancy to explore the relationship between UU infection and tubal pregnancy. Methods All gynecological examinations were performed with sterilized cotton swab to collect cervical canal secretions in a sterile tube. During surgery, a small amount of oviduct tissue was placed in a sterile tube and the specimens were sent to the laboratory for PCR testing. Results UUDNA was detected in 40 cases of tubal pregnancy with a positive result of 45.0%, which was significantly higher than that of non-tubal pregnancy (32.0%, P <0.05). UUDNA was also detected in fallopian tube tissue of tubal pregnancy. The results showed that 32.5 % Was positive, also significantly higher than the control group (20.0%, P <0.05). Conclusions Uterine tubal pregnancy is closely related to UU infection of genital tract. Genital UU infection is one of the important causes of tubal pregnancy.
