建立起富有中国特色的社会主义法律援助制度是我国社会主义民主与法制的重要内容。本文在回顾法律援助制度形成和发展的三个阶段并评析其原则的基础上,从组织机构、范围条件与中办程序、经费来源三个方面进一步探讨完善我国法律援助制度的具体构想。
Establishing socialist legal aid system rich in Chinese characteristics is an important part of our socialist democracy and legal system. On the basis of reviewing the three stages of the formation and development of the legal aid system and reviewing its principles, this paper further explores the specific conception of perfecting the legal aid system in our country from three aspects: organization structure, scope and procedure, source of funding.
