苹果苦痘病是最重要的果实木栓化生理病害之一,对此病害已经研究了差不多一个世纪。这些研究是很有用的,但重要的问题是关于这个病害的本质问题。苦痘病的产生与很多因素有关,其中包括矿质营养、果实大小、产量、修剪和环剥、果实成熟度及贮藏。关于营养元素失调问题已经进行了详细的研究,主要研究了钙、镁和钾,但其它元素如氮、磷、硼甚至钠和锌也与果实上苦痘病的发生有关。
Apple bitter pox disease is one of the most important fruit clinging physiological diseases, the disease has been studied for almost a century. These studies are useful, but the important issue is about the nature of the disease. The production of bitter pit disease is related to many factors, including mineral nutrition, fruit size, yield, pruning and girdling, fruit maturity and storage. The issue of nutrient imbalance has been studied in detail, focusing on calcium, magnesium and potassium, but other elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, boron and even sodium and zinc are also associated with the occurrence of bitter pit on fruit.
