通过光化法合成端羟基聚异戊二烯 (HTPI) ,考察了溶剂的种类、聚合反应时间、引发剂过氧化氢用量、单体浓度、光敏剂种类及用量等因素对聚合物的相对分子质量、分子量分布、平均官能度及转化率的影响。实验表明 ,光化法合成HTPI较合适的反应条件为 :用乙醇作溶剂 ,过氧化氢质量体积浓度 30~ 50g/L ,单体浓度 3.5~ 4 .0mol/L ,温度 ( 30± 2 )℃、反应时间 11h。产物的相对分子质量可达 950~ 10 0 0 ,分子量分布分散系数约为 1.2 ,平均官能度为 2 .0左右。添加光敏剂可提高单体转化率 ,浓度以 0 .3mol/L为宜。转化率最高可达 75%。
