对于金属材料延性破断(韧窝型)情况,本文提出了一个新的断裂判据——空穴临界扩展 V_(G(?))判据。叙述了 V_(G(?))的实验测定方法。给出了若干材料的 V_(G(?))的初步值。有希望利用 V_(G(?))这个材料延性断裂参数进行一些材料筛选与热处理工艺的评价甚至设计、安全评定工作。关于这个问题,我们将从宏观与微观相结合的角度,把它放在更广泛的范围内来进行考察。本文要点如下:(一)宏观背景,一个取决于应力状态的延性断裂判据;(二)与微观机制相联系的一个新的延性断裂判据;(三)一个新的材料延性断裂参数及其测定。若干实验结果;(四)结论。
