目的 探讨活动性类风湿性关节炎 (RA)患者外用血CD6 2P表达的变化与意义。方法 用流式细胞术检测18例活动性RA患者与 15例正常人外周血CD6 2P的表达 ,同时免疫比浊法测定C反应蛋白 (CRP)与魏氏法测定血沉(ESR)。结果 活动性RA组患者的外周血CD6 2P表达 (11 88± 2 4 7% )明显高于正常对照组 (2 78± 1 0 4 % ) (P <0 0 1) :CRP(5 4 33± 2 3 35mg/L)与ESR(86 0 6± 33 6 7mm/lh末 )明显高于正常对照组的 (3 2 1± 2 18mg/L)与 (12 2 5±5 0 5mm/lh末 ) (均P <0 0 1) ;活动性RA患者组CD6 2P的表达量与ESR、CRP成直线正相关 ,相关系数r分别为 0 5 2 2 4(P <0 ,0 1)与 0 70 4 8(P <0 0 1)。结论 活动性RA患者存在CD6 2P的高度表达。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of peripheral blood CD6 2P expression in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect CD6 2P expression in peripheral blood of 18 patients with active RA and 15 normal controls. CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was measured by Weiss method. Results The expression of CD6 2P in the peripheral blood of patients with active RA was significantly higher than that of the control group (2 78 ± 1 0 4%) (P <0 01): CRP (5 4 33 ± 2 35mg / L) and ESR (86 06 ± 33 6 7mm / lh end) were significantly higher than that of the normal control group (32 1 ± 2 18 mg / L) and (12 2 5 ± 5 0 5mm / (All P <0.01). The expression of CD6 2P in patients with active RA was positively correlated with ESR and CRP. The correlation coefficients r were 0 5 2 2 4 (P0.01) and 0 70 4 8 (P <0 0 1). Conclusion There is a high expression of CD6 2P in patients with active RA.
