目的检验马斯特里赫特上肢肌肉骨骼损伤问卷(Maastricht Upper Extremity Questionnaire,MUEQ)中文版在我国电脑办公人员中的信度和效度。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取辽宁、广西两省5家机构中的440名电脑办公人员作为调查对象。选用项目区分度和条目得分与总分的相关性对MUEQ进行项目分析;计算Cronbachsα系数评价问卷的内部一致性信度;运用主成分分析方法验证问卷的结构效度。结果项目分析:工作控制、工作需求和社会支持维度可以区分不同员工的上肢肌肉骨骼损伤程度(P<0.01);工作需求维度各条目的测定内容与问卷的整体测定内容之间具有较好的内部一致性(r>0.3,P<0.01)。信度:问卷的Cronbachsα系数为0.81,除工作站和工作环境维度外,其余5个维度的Cronbachsα系数均>0.70。效度:KMO值为0.82,主成分因子分析提取9个公因子,累计方差贡献率为45.79%。结论MUEQ中文版具有较好的信度和效度,适用于我国电脑办公人员心理社会因素影响上肢肌肉骨骼损伤的量化评估,但其工作站和工作环境维度仍需结合我国文化背景进一步修订完善。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of Chinese version of Maastricht Upper Extremity Questionnaire (MUEQ) in computer workers in China. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 440 computer staff from 5 institutions in Liaoning and Guangxi provinces as the survey subjects. The item categorization degree and the correlation between the item score and the total score are used to analyze the MUEQ. The internal consistency reliability of the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient evaluation questionnaire is calculated. The principal component analysis is used to verify the structural validity of the questionnaire. Results Analysis of the project: Work control, job requirements and social support dimensions can distinguish between different staff’s upper limb musculoskeletal injury degree (P <0.01); job requirements dimensions of each item of the content of the questionnaire with the determination of the overall content of the survey has a good internal Consistency (r> 0.3, P <0.01). Reliability: The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.81, except for the workstation and work environment dimensions, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the other five dimensions are both> 0.70. Validity: The KMO value was 0.82. Nine common factors were extracted from the principal component factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 45.79%. Conclusion The Chinese version of MUEQ has good reliability and validity. It is suitable for the quantitative assessment of the musculoskeletal injuries of the upper extremities affected by psychosocial factors in Chinese computer workers. However, the workstation and working environment dimensions need to be further revised and improved in the light of the cultural background of China.
