超声心动图诊断先天性心脏血管病(先心病),不仅能了解心脏的解剖结构、舒缩功能、血流动力学改变。而且具有无创、安全、可重复检查等优点,已为临床广泛应用。联合采用M型、二维型、声学造影和多普勒技术,更可提高诊断的正确性。近年来,超声心动图技术迅速发展,在诊断先心病方面积累了丰富经验,现将常见的儿种先心病诊断方法分别介绍如下。室间隔缺损室间隔缺损发病率最高。但室间隔的胚胎发育、组织结构复杂;而且室间隔有一定弯曲度,任何一个超声平面不能观察到完整室间隔,必须采用不同部位,多个平面来检查。室间隔按不同胚胎发育来源分4区(图1)。
