第一章总则第一条为保护饮用水源水质,确保饮用水安全,根据《中华人民共和国水污染防治法》、《中华人民共和国水法》等有关法律法规,结合本省实际,制定本条例。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the “Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China” and “Water Law of the People’s Republic of China”, in the light of the actual situation of this province in order to protect the quality of drinking water sources and ensure the safety of drinking water.
