研发对于企业尤其是高科技企业可持续性发展的作用不言而喻。不过,大多数公司对研发人员的管理采用单一的强制目标管理式或“高薪养研”式,这导致了研发人员长期处于高压力和企业资源浪费与代价高昂现象同时并存的情况出现。本文首先对我国企业研发人员领导现状进行归纳,进而分析现有的领导方式存在的问题,最后根据领导行为理论提出有效的领导方式。
R & D for enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises, the role of sustainable development is self-evident. However, most companies adopt a single mandatory target management or “high-paying research” for the management of R & D personnel. This has led to long-term high pressure on R & D personnel and the co-existence of expensive enterprise resources and high costs. This article first summarizes the leadership status of R & D personnel in our country, and then analyzes the existing problems in the leadership style. Finally, we put forward the effective leadership style based on the leadership behavior theory.
