采用无压浸渗新工艺制备高碳化硅颗粒体份(55%～57%)的多功能铝基复合材料。X 射线检查和显微观察显示,所制备的复合材料致密、均匀。研究表明,SiC/Al 复合材料具有低的密度(2.94 g/cm3),高的杨氏模量(220 GPa),低的热膨胀系数(8×10–6 K–1)和非常高的热导率(235 W/mK)还使之具有卓越的热控功能,此外该材料还有着独特的防共振的能力。通过采用及开发一系列新工艺,可实现 SiC/Al 复合材料的高度近净形制备。目前已成功地制造了多种规格和类型的空间光机结构及机载光电平台用 SiC/Al 复合材料精密零部件,有几种典型产品还获得了实际应用。
A multi-functional aluminum matrix composite with high silicon carbide particles (55% -57%) was prepared by pressureless infiltration process. X-ray examination and microscopic observation showed that the prepared composite material was dense and uniform. The results show that SiC / Al composites have low density (2.94 g / cm3), high Young’s modulus (220 GPa), low coefficient of thermal expansion (8 × 10-6 K-1) and very high thermal conductivity The rate (235 W / mK) also gives it excellent thermal control, in addition to its unique anti-resonance capability. By adopting and developing a series of new processes, a high degree of near-net shape preparation of SiC / Al composites can be achieved. At present, we have succeeded in manufacturing a variety of specifications and types of space-based light machine structure and precision components of SiC / Al composite parts for airborne optical platforms. Several typical products have also been put into practical application.
