在当前邮电通信大发展的形势下,如何正确认识和处理通信建设、经营工作与邮电服务三者之间的关系,对企业来说至关重要。据笔者了解,目前有些邮电企业尚未理顺三者关系,有些同志认为建设都忙不过来,哪有精力抓服务;有些同志则认为通信能力上去了,服务问题自然就解决了;还有的同志甚至将建设、经营与服务三者对立起来,致使服务工作普遍有所放松,服务质量有所下降。那么,怎样摆正三者之间的关系呢?笔者认为:
