我国公路施工工作贯穿公路工程施工的各个阶段,是施工企业经营管理的重要组成部分。现代公路施工管理不仅仅是对施工材料、施工现场以及施工质量进行管理与控制,还需要通过对公路施工技术的管理工作保障施工过程工艺技术参数符合设计要求,保障公路施工质量。技术管理工作要符合经济节约的基本原则,即要讲究经济效果,又要贯彻国家的技术经济政策,这在施工过程中尤为重要。
