目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定舒肝祛脂胶囊中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1的含量。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度),柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;漂移管温度为120℃,氮气流速为2.0 L.min-1。结果三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1及Rb1皆在进样量0.75~7.50μg范围内,浓度的对数值lgc与峰面积积分的对数值lgA之间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.991 3、0.992 1和0.993 5。结论本法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于舒肝祛脂胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Shugan Quzhi Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering. Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 35 ℃ and flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The temperature of the drift tube was 120 ℃ and the flow rate of nitrogen 2.0 L.min-1. Results Notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were in the range of 0.75-7.50μg, and the linearity between the logarithm of concentration lgc and the logarithm of the peak area integral lgA was 0.991 3 , 0.992 1 and 0.993 5. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Shugan Quzhi Capsules.
