敌敌畏是以敌百虫和20%碱液为主要原料,生产过程主要有碱解和脱苯两工序组成。碱解岗位的任务是按一定的配比即敌百虫:水:苯:20%碱液=1:(2~2.3):(1.2~1.3):1.05(重量比),分别按敌百虫水溶液、苯、20%碱液先后顺序地投入碱解锅进行反应。反应温度控制在65℃,最高不超过70℃(用-10℃冷冻水调节),反应生成敌敌畏粗油后,经输送泵将碱解锅内的粗油送到油水分离器进行连续分离,粗油流入粗油受槽。
