会议于2015年5月22-24日在山东省德州市召开。中国工程院院士江亿,中国建筑科学研究院建筑环境与节能研究院院长徐伟,中国国内贸易部设计研究院副院长、中国制冷学会副理事长肖大海,中国制冷学会副秘书长荆华乾,中国建筑学会热能动力分会副理事长朱传堂,山东制冷学会常务副理事长孔繁彬,山东制冷学会副理事长、山东建筑大学首席教授李永安,中国国内贸易部设计研究院研发室主任司春强,山东制冷学会秘书长李丰桐,德州亚太集团董事长杨东堂等领导、专家出席了大会。山东省高等院校、设计院所、企事业单位从事冷冻冷藏、暖通、空调等相关行业的450余名代表参加了这次盛会。
The meeting was held on May 22-24, 2015 in Dezhou, Shandong Province. Chinese Academy of Engineering Jiang Yi, China Academy of Building Research Institute of Building Environment and Energy Saving Xu Wei, vice president of Design and Research Institute of China’s domestic trade, vice president of China Institute of Refrigeration Xiao Dahai, China Institute of Refrigeration Deputy Secretary-General Jing Hua dry, Zhu Chuntang, vice chairman of China Thermal Power Branch of Chinese Architecture Society, Fan Fanbin, executive vice chairman of Shandong Refrigeration Institute, Li Yongan, chief professor of Shandong Institute of Refrigeration, chief professor of Shandong University of Architecture, and Si Chunqiang, director of research and development department of Design and Research Institute of China’s Ministry of Trade. Li Fengtong, Secretary-General of the Institute, Yang Dongtang, Chairman of Texas-Pacific Group, and other experts and experts attended the conference. More than 450 representatives from universities, design institutes, enterprises and institutions in Shandong Province engaged in refrigeration, HVAC, air-conditioners and other related industries participated in the event.
