馆员是读者的公仆,读者是馆员的服务对象,这是传统的馆读关系。这种关系的一个明显缺点是馆员总是站在主动的一面,而读者总是站在被动的一面,馆员要怎样服务于读者,读者无权干预,只能被动地接受服务。这种关系很不利于发挥读者影响图书馆的积极作用,也不利于馆员提高服务质量的主观努力。改革传统的馆读关系,建立一种便于发挥读者作用的新型馆读关系,是一个需要认真研究解决的问题。东北重型机械学院图书馆开展馆学共建图书馆活动,在馆员与读者间架起了一座桥梁,把读者变成了图书馆的主人,这一实践展示了解决这个课题的美好前景。
Librarian is the public servant of the reader, the reader is the librarian’s service object, which is the traditional relationship between the library reading. One obvious disadvantage of this relationship is that librarians always stand on the initiative side, while readers always stand on the passive side. How librarians serve readers, readers have no right to interfere and can only accept services passively. This relationship is not conducive to the reader to play an active role in the library, nor is it conducive to librarians to improve the quality of service subjective efforts. To reform the traditional relationship between reading and reading and to establish a new kind of reading-reading relationship that is easy for readers to play a role is a question that needs careful study and solution. The library of Northeastern Heavy Mechanical College opened a library-building activity to build a library. It set up a bridge between the librarians and readers and turned the readers into the masters of the library. This practice shows a bright future for solving this issue.
