〔目的〕通过口岸医学媒介生物查询系统的建立,实现全国医学媒介生物信息的图形化分布查询,以及实现医学媒介生物信息的及时更新,集中管理。为口岸医学媒介生物控制提供有效工具。〔方法〕通过对截止2006年有效本底资料的搜集与研究,建立全国基于中国动物地理区划的口岸检验检疫机构的信息数据库;建立全国口岸医学媒介生物种群信息数据库;建立国境口岸医学媒介生物区系信息数据库;形成中国口岸医学媒介生物区系系统。〔结果〕在上述研究基础上开发了基于GIS的中国口岸医学媒介生物查询系统。〔结论〕本研究使全国口岸医学媒介生物信息查询得以在一张地图上实现,可以有效提高全国口岸对媒传疾病分析能力与反应速度,提高口岸传染病的预防和控制效果。
[Objective] Through the establishment of medical inquisition system at port, the graphical distribution of the national medical vector bioinformatics was queried, and the medical media bioinformatics was timely updated and centrally managed. It provides an effective tool for the biological control of port medical media. [Methods] Through the collection and research on the effective background data of 2006, establish the information database of the port inspection and quarantine agencies based on the Chinese zooographic zoning; establish the national database of medical media biology population; establish the medical media biology area at the border crossings Department of information database; formed in China port medical vector biological system. [Results] Based on the above research, we developed GIS-based Chinese medical media query system. [Conclusion] This study enabled the query of national bioinformatics information of medical media at the port to be implemented on a map, which could effectively improve the ability and speed of analysis of media-borne diseases at national ports and improve the prevention and control of communicable diseases at ports.
