So the profits and turnover surely follow the investment and all the operators draw their attention to how to guarantee success for all. With the intensified competition in telecommunication market and increased risk factors in projects construction recently, it is difficult to secure the turnover on schedule only by effective investment in these projects. In response to the above, the development and operation of products which put emphasis on overcoming investment risks is placed on the agenda and becoming a brand new competitive capacity of the operators. So telecom product manager is playing its increasingly important part in it.
