目的了解南京地区出入境留学人员麻疹相关知识的掌握情况和影响因素,为开展健康教育提供理论依据。方法2013年,在江苏国际旅行卫生保健中心出入境留学人员体检高峰期,随机抽取500名留学人员作为调查对象,进行麻疹相关知识的问卷调查,并分析影响因素。结果 72.51%的调查对象听说过麻疹,但对其传播途径、临床症状和预防措施的回答正确率低,分别仅有10.96%、2.81%和7.02%。对麻疹的认知情况在年龄、地区和现有麻疹知识不同上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄越大者对麻疹相关内容了解的越多;出境留学人员听说过麻疹的人数明显高于入境留学人员,但对麻疹传播途径的认识明显低于入境留学人员;入境留学人员中,来自非洲、欧洲以及西太平洋地区的留学人员对麻疹相关认知了解很少。结论留学人员普遍缺乏对麻疹的认识,应加强麻疹相关内容的健康教育。
Objective To understand the mastery and influencing factors of knowledge about measles in entry-exit overseas students in Nanjing, and to provide a theoretical basis for health education. Methods In 2013, 500 international students were randomly selected from the International Travel Health Care Center of Jiangsu Province during the peak medical examination. Questionnaires of measles-related knowledge were conducted and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results 72.51% of the respondents had heard of measles, but their correct response rate to the route of transmission, clinical symptoms and preventive measures was only 10.96%, 2.81% and 7.02% respectively. The differences of knowledge about measles between the age, the area and the existing measles knowledge were statistically significant (P <0.05), the older the more about the measles related content; the number of overseas students who heard of measles However, the knowledge about the route of transmission of measles was significantly lower than that of overseas students. Among overseas students studying in China, there were very few knowledge about measles among overseas students from Africa, Europe and the western Pacific. Conclusion Overseas students generally lack awareness of measles and should strengthen the health education related to measles.
