一、改革观三十多年来在语文教学崎岖之路上不断跋涉,先是踏着前行者的脚印亦步亦趋,几经迂回而发现仍在原地徘徊之后,萌起了自觅蹊径的欲望,于是朝着自己选定的目标驰骋起来。“文革”伊始,险遭灭顶之灾,挣扎过来后,还是一如既往,在自己力所能及的天地里,寻寻觅觅,继续探索。常有人奇怪地问我:“你教了三十多年的语文了,怎么还要花这么大气力备课?”他们实在不理解教学工作特别是语文教学并没有“成方”或“验方”,知识的传授,能力的培养,智力的开发,都不象货物的推销发售。从根本上说,教育和教学是一种“塑造”,它不仅有鲜明的时代特征,要最大限度地适应时代发展的要求,而且要顺应教育对象的变化,时时调节教育内容和方式方法,否则,你就不可能进行有效的“塑造”。有些传统篇目教了一二十遍,完全可以成诵了,但不曾用过一个模式;同时教一篇课文,在不同的班级,完全雷同的处理也不曾有。而且,即使设计好的教学方案,在教学 First, the concept of reform has continued to travel on the rugged path of language teaching for more than 30 years.
