本文用俄歇电子谱仪研究了铝-钼、铝-铁的膜基界面成分分布特征,用直拉法、弯曲法、刻划法及热冲击法对比了离子镀铝层与钼基板和铁基极的结合力。观察了不同基板上铝镀层的组织形貌,测试了不同基板上铝镀层的晶体结构。研究结果表明,在本文的实验条件下,铝-钼、铝-铁两种膜基材料对具有相近的膜基界面过渡层宽度、相似的镀层组织、相同的镀层晶体结构和相当的膜基结合力.试验研究
In this paper, the distribution characteristics of film-matrix interface distribution of aluminum-molybdenum and aluminum-iron were studied by Auger electron spectroscopy. The effects of ion plating layer, molybdenum substrate and iron substrate were compared by Czochralski method, bending method, Base binding. The morphology of aluminum coatings on different substrates was observed and the crystal structure of aluminum coatings on different substrates was tested. The results show that under the experimental conditions of this paper, the two kinds of film-based materials, Al-Mo and Al-Fe, have similar widths of the film-substrate interfacial transition, similar coating structure, the same crystal structure and the equivalent film- force.
