动态心电图(Dynamic Electrocardiograph DCG)亦称活动心电图(Ambulatory Electrocardiograph),是近十几年来开展的一项长时间连续记录活动中的心电图之新技术,为美国Holter首创,先进国家已普遍应用于临床。我院自1981年开始用于监测心律失常、心绞痛发作、冠心病、病窦综合征以及心原性暂时性脑缺血等,初受效益。双结病变系指窦房结及交界区(房室结)均有病变,而常规心电图难以检出,本文仅就监测中遇到的双结病变3例,作一介绍。
Dynamic Electrocardiograph DCG, also known as Ambulatory Electrocardiograph, is a new technology of continuous electrocardiogram recorded for a long time in more than ten years. It was pioneered by Holter in the United States, and advanced countries have been widely used in clinical practice. Our hospital since 1981 for the monitoring of arrhythmia, angina pectoris, coronary heart disease, sick sinus syndrome and cardiogenic transient ischemic, initially benefit. Double junction lesions refers to the sinoatrial node and junctional area (atrioventricular node) are lesions, and conventional ECG is difficult to detect, this article only on the monitoring of double junction disease encountered in 3 cases, make an introduction.
