英语是使用最为广泛的语言,在人们的学习和生活中所扮演着重要的角色。英语作为一种国际性的语言,英语学习是中国高中生的必修课。随着中国在国际社会上的影响力和人们对英语重视度的增加,与英语相关的产业日益发展,俨然已经形成了一个庞大的产业链和巨无霸工程。在中国人们在英语学习上的消费数据已经是触目惊心的,然而,越来越多的人在抱怨着现在的“英语考试体系”、“哑巴英语”和“高分低能”。甚至,有人开始抱着极端的态度,不再学习英语以及学英语无用论。在人们甚嚣尘上的呼声下,从教材、教法、考试形式等方面作了多次更新和调整。但事实上,有很多老师,特别是高中老师,对于如何既让学生有兴趣学英语,培养出扎实的基础,同时又能让学生考得高分感到很为难。作为一位英语教学的青年教师,在经验丰富的优秀教师的引领下,践行着的他们的教诲和指导,经过几年在教学中的摸爬滚打,渐渐开始明白如何能够让学生甩掉“哑巴英语”的帽子,为他们终生的学习和发展打好良好的基础。所以,良好的英语已经成为人们不仅在现阶段更是在未来的发展中必不可少的一项技能。而高中英语学习如何达到相应的能力要求是每位教师应该在实际教学中不断实践和总结的。

As a young teacher of English teaching, under the guidance of experienced and experienced teachers, their teachings and guidance are practiced. Therefore, good English has become an indispensable skill for people not only in the present stage but also in their future development.
