中职德育课教学中一个非常突出的问题就是,老师讲得津津有味,学生听得昏昏欲睡。解决这一问题的最佳方案就是使教师拥有有效教学的理念,掌握有效教学的策略或技术。因此,在对中职学生德育素质要求愈来愈高之际,讨论有效教学的策略,具有特别重要的意义。如何更能贴近中职学生的需要?让学生“动起来、活起来、笑起来”?结合中等职业教育课程的要求,笔者以《职业生涯规划》(江苏职教版)学习领域四话题九《目标确立》为例进行探讨和研究。
