一般工业用闸阀、截止阀阀杆与填料相接触的外圆柱面和阀盖与阀杆相配合的内孔圆弧面,要求表面光滑耐磨,其尺寸精度为IT11~IT10级,表面粗糙度Ra为3.2~1.6。对这类形状和精度等级零件的加工方法,过去习贯采用粗车→精车→磨削的加工工艺。在批量生产中发现,这种习惯加工方法,不仅不经济,而且操作麻烦。哈尔滨阀门总厂经过几种不同的加工工艺方案的试验研究、论证对比,最终确定了本文提出的车削→滚(挤) 压加工工艺。经批量生产检验,产品质量符合设计要求.生产效率明显提高。一、适用范围 DN≤80规格的阀杆外圆柱表面和阀盖内孔圆弧表面,以及直径≤30mm的其它类似零件的外圆柱表面及内孔圆弧面,均可应用。
